**Price based on a 1 bedrooms 1 Bathroom unit, any additional rooms and bathrooms $30 extra per room.** Any property over 1800sqft will be considered a medium Size property and will add $30 to your quote.**Any property over 2800sqft will be considered as a large property and will add $80 to your quote.
